dominal placenta was studied in a patient 37 years old and 31 weeks of gestation during a period of 80 days after delivery in order to determine the adequate removal time. Radionuclide scan, ultrasound with Dopler measurement and CT scan with contrast medium were performed before the surgery to remove it. The scintigraphic result was compared with beta-HCG and followed decrease of placental blood flow measured by radionuclide scan.
