A letter of presentation should accompany the paper requesting publication at J of Alasbimn. There should be a statement that the paper submitted is Original, and that it is unpublished except in abbreviated form, and that it is solely submitted to the J. of Alasbimn.

Alasbimn Journal includes the following sections:

Original Research articles

Short Communications

Literature Review Articles

Interesting Images

Invited Review Articles.

Articles that were published in other Journals or have been accepted for publication in other Journals will be rejected.

Articles will be published in Spanish or English. The paper should be typed in MS Word version 6.0. A margin should be set on the left side and numbering in the right superior corner.

 

The manuscript will be edited in the following order:

1st page.

Title

Name of authors, Institution, Mailing address, e Mail of first author and his profession.

2^nd page

150 words summary in english. 3-10 key words.

Followed by text and references. Maximum 12 pages

Followed by tables in correlative order

Followed by graphs and figures, these should be digitally incorporated in the text.

Paper should include
Title, summary, introduction, materials and method, results, discussion and references. A maximum of 6 figures and 6 tables will be accepted.

References.
Will be listed in the order of appearance in the text with correlative numbering. In the text the number will appear in parenthesis.

The name of the Journal will be abbreviated as per Index Medicus. Personal communications and non published information cannot be referred to, but included in the text in parenthesis. Papers accepted for publication will be referred as in press, prior to publication.

Tables
Numbered correlatively with Arabic numbers with title on top. Notes will be published at the bottom of the table. They will be referred to in the text by their number. The tables must be send edited in Microsoft Word.

Figures.
Must be listed in correlative order in Arabic numbers, with a brief descriptive title.

Images.
High resolution color or black and white images in 20x25 cm format should be sent. Preferably these should be digitized and sent in a Gif format with a minimum of 300 points definition. We can process also images in JPG format. We request maximum care of producing images with maximal definition.

 

Final Proofs.

The authors will be responsible for corrections of the accepted final text that will be forwarded by e-mail. Corrections must be returned to the Editor within 3 working days.
