It is obvious that in this type of publication there are no reprints.

The editor will acknowledge receipt of the paper and will report the acceptance by e Mail.

Manuscripts will be reviewed by 2 anonymous reviewers, experts on the subject discussed, and the paper will be e-mailed for maximal expediency. The editorial Board reserves the right to reject papers recommended as inadequate for publication, it might also modify the style or shorten the text with the understanding that the content of the article will be preserved. J. of ALASBIMN does not accept responsibility for statements and opinions of the authors.

Once the paper is accepted..for publication the intellectual property rights are endorsed by the author to the Journal.

Any request of reproduction of published material or use of public material for commercial purposes must be addressed to the Chief Editor of the Journal. Furthermore, all authorized reproduction of published material in any means must quote in complete form the article and the Journal. The term reproduction is defined as duplicating the written material by digital or any other physical means more than 3 times by the same interested person. This term reproduction is understood also when published data in ALASBIMN Journal is included in publications later on in other journals or books.

It is authorized the inclusion of articles and the photocopy of written material for personal use. This promotes also the use of the Journal for educational purposes.

Any institution may create links with specific articles published in the Journal for purposes of providing material for scientific courses, seminars or other type of instruction material. However, this material cannot be incorporated in digital form, in full or partially in servers that have public access without authorization of the Editor.

Teaching institutions without economic interest may produce photocopies of our printed material for teaching purposes. In this case, the teaching institution has to inform the Chief Editor of the Journal the name of the course in which the reproduction will be used with a note of copyright protection for ALASBIMN Journal. Furthermore, if there is a charge for this course, it should be only for the cost of the reproduction of the document. This teaching material cannot be included in its digital form in full or in part in servers with public access without authorization from the Editor of ALASBIMN Journal. The editors can provide a copy of the final version of the paper in its server, it is recommended, however, that the Editor should keep a link to the ALASBIMN Journal server where the original material is stored and he also should provide a notice on this policy.

Violations of intellectual property rights are the responsibility of the individual that performed them. It is not responsible for violations either the commercial institution or educational institution that provides access to the contents of ALASBINM Journal by performing either as transmitters of information. (i.e. providers of access to Internet) or providers of public access to public servers.
